Regular Classes for IIT JAM and CSIR - UGC-NET/JRF have been conducted year after year right from inception. Study Materials were provided to all the regular students as and when classes were conducted periodically. Good results were produced as the meritorious, hardworking succeeded in the exams getting admitted in various prestigious institutions.

DR. XAVIER JESU RAJA M.SC., M.PHIL., PH.D. was a former Reader and Head of Post Graduate and Research Department of Physics Loyola College, Chennai. He served Loyola College for 29 years (1978 - 2007). His Main area of interest is in Mathematical physics, Advanced Quantum Mechanics, Nuclear Physics and Reactor Physics. He was also a honourable member of Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for 6 years (2007 -2013). He was highly instrumental as in conducting classes in 31 centres for TN Board X, XI, XII Exams in more than 100 schools in Tamil Nadu, where centers also provided coaching for BE/MBBS entrance exam. He has been successfully imparting the training with his team procuring high results.

Dr. S. Xavier Jesu Raja has a wide experience in teaching in Loyola College for 29 Years. He has rich experience in coaching school level, NTSE, AIEEE, London. A – level NEET, IIT – JEE, IIT JAM, SET, UGC-NET/JRF since 1978.
Dean of Studies
Mrs. Amali Raja, Former Assistant Professor of Mathematics (1978 - 1981), Holy Cross College Trichy and former P.G. Assistant in Mathematics (1981 – 2007) in Good Shepherd Higher Secondary School, Chennai. Her main area of interest is in teaching fluid dynamics, real anaylsis , Complex anaylsis and statistics. She was a part of coaching for B.E/M.B.B.S in JRS Santiago Academy.

M. Antony J.Nicholos is a professional trainer having a wide experience in coaching Communicative English and soft skills for more than 35 years for teachers, lecturers, Corporate, N.G.O and students of Colleges and schools ( > 1.5 lac candidates) in India and overseas online. He is a motivational speaker and a consultant for educational institutions and business houses.
Prof. S. Ravichandran has been associated with JRS Santiago Academy for the JAM coaching program from its start. He has had an experience of more than 37 years as a physics teaching faculty, both for UG and PG programs, with Loyola college Chennai, Tamil Nadu. His academic strength lies in teaching courses like Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Mathematical physics, Classical and Newtonian Mechanics. His aptitude for solving numerical problems in these subjects helped him take up the JAM coaching in a more lucid manner. He also has had a varied experience such as training the school students for JEE , AIEEE etc. It can be said with certainty that the students undergone physics coaching are immensely benefited from his expertise.
Dr. S.Pauline, Associate Professor of Physics (Retd.), Loyola college, Chennai has 33 years of experience in teaching UG, PG and M.Phil. She cleared CSIR JRF exams in Dec 1984. Her research fields include computational Condensed Matter, Magnetic Nano materials and Nano Composites. She is associated with JRS in coaching the students for 10 years.
